This tree makes me want to make a cozy quilt of maple leaf patterned squares, in the exact colors shown...not quite sure how to pull that one off! It's my favorite tree in my yard during the fall, and I'd love to capture its gorgeousness forever. Maybe one of these days I will finish my two current quilt projects and work on it. We are making a trip to Joann Fabrics on Saturday, so I might have to keep this tree in mind! :-)
